Presented by IABC Victoria and Workvivo by Zoom, in partnership with our panel of senior communications leaders.
Internal comms teams are still measured by volume. How many newsletters sent, how many intranet posts published. But in a world of information overload and constant organisational change, more content isn't the answer.
This session brings together practitioners at the forefront of that shift, from content creation to strategic counsel, sharing what it actually takes to earn a seat at the leadership table.
Panellists for this event to be announced soon.
We'll unpack how to:
navigate the impact of AI on the internal communication profession and what it means for your role
build trust and credibility with your audience and senior leaders
adapt your communication approach to a multigenerational workforce
identify the most effective channels for reaching and engaging employees today
shift your focus from content volume to measurable business impact.
