About the speakers:

Jess Hudswell is the Head of Communications at Culture Amp, the employee experience platform on a mission to create a better world of work. Jess has 20 years' experience working across international banking, automotive and finance as well as local energy and government business enterprise sectors. More recently, Jess has been helping tech companies build internal and external advocacy while transitioning from start-up to scale-up growth. Jess is particularly passionate about engagement with and within the fast-paced environment that tech companies epitomise, while keeping honesty and humanity at the core of communication.

Alistair Marshall has over 20 years of experience in corporate communications across different sectors including banking, insurance, and retail.  He has been Head of Internal Communications at Coles for the past five years where he’s overseen a transformation in the way the supermarket communicates with its 130,000 team members. 

Alistair is passionate about the craft of communications and helping organisations inspire their employees, customers and stakeholders.
