As we all come to terms with the loss of our dear Deb, we are reminded that she would not want us to be quiet and reserved, but rather to make noise and our mark on the world (with a glass of wine in hand if one could possibly be managed!).

It is therefore an honour to announce the inaugural Deb Ganderton Oration — designed to showcase those communicators among us who want to speak up, change lives and tell a bloody good yarn.

This first year will be bittersweet but we hope that you will join us for a celebration of Deb’s impact on the world. Our first oration will be given by fellow truth-speaker and change manager, Dr Jen Frahm, who worked closely with Deb in recent years.

In recognition of Deb’s commitment to celebrating excellence we will be combining the annual oration with our Bronze Quill Awards presentation ceremony.
